AD Condominium is a convenient 5-minute drive to Wong Amat Beach, Dolphin Circle and Naklua. This adult-only property offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Boasting an outdoor pool, it also provides free private parking on site.
The property is a 15-minute drive to Pattaya Aquarium. Pattaya Floating Market is a 30-minute ride away, while it takes 2 hours to drive to Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
Fitted with a balcony, each air-conditioned room features a flat-screen cable TV, fridge and safe. It comes with a well-equipped kitchen and en suite bathroom with shower facilities.
For convenience, it provides a lift. Laundry services are available.
Guests can sample a variety of Thai and International dishes at nearby local restaurants, which can be reached within walking distance.

The property requires prepayment via Paypal or bank account transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the hotel within 48 hours of booking with the Paypal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received.
Please note that a refundable security deposit of THB10,000 is required upon check-in.
Please note that room rates do not include fees for cleaning, water supply and electricity. The cleaning fee is THB 600. Electricity will be charged at THB 7 per kWh. Water usage will be charged at THB 40 per cubic metre. A security deposit of THB 10000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
