Check-in on a Sunday, public holidays and after 20:00 is possible at a EUR 50 extra fee. This fee increases to EUR 70 between 23:00 and midnight.

The agency will email you with the exact address and extra information for check-in.

Please note that a EUR 300 damage deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card. It will be released up to 7 days after check-out.

Please note that a photo identification will be requested upon check-in.

Payment by American Express will incur a 3% charge.

Please note that 50% of the reservation will be preauthorized on your credit card and then debited up to 30 days before arrival. The remaining 50% will be debited on the day of arrival.

For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the reservation will be debited on the day of the booking.

Please note that the identity card presented upon arrival has to match the name of the booker. Please inform Appartement Bertandeau in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
