A prepayment of 30% of the total rate must be paid via credit card on the day of booking. The remainder is to be paid upon check-in.

The following fees apply for late check-in:

- EUR 25 between 21:00 and 00:00

- EUR 50 after 00:00

Once the booking is confirmed, the property will contact you with detailed instructions and directions for check-in.

Please note that a EUR 600 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.

Guests are required to show photo ID and the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in.

This property accepts payments via credit card, PayPal, cheques and bank transfer. Please inform Royal and Luxury Palace in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 800 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
