Opening in autumn of 2016, Tensui Saryou boasts guest rooms with a Japanese interior with wooden floors. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property.
All guest rooms come with a private open-air hot springs bath, where guests can relax while enjoying the view of Hakone's mountains. Each air-conditioned room is fitted with a LCD TV, safety box and refrigerator. Bathrobes, slippers, and free toiletries are provided by the accommodation.
The on-site restaurant serves traditional Japanese cuisine with fresh seasonal ingredients. There is a restaurant and cafe within a 10-minute walking distance from the property.
Hakone Gora Park is 500 metres from Tensui Saryo, while Hakone Open-Air Museum is 900 metres away. The nearest airport is Tokyo Haneda International Airport, 74 km from the property.
